Vadim D. Ronzhes Esq., CPA, is a Tax Consultant at Rosen, Sapperstein & Friedlander, LLC, where he provides business advisory and tax structuring for businesses and families. Additionally, he develops strategic operational and tax plans for large clients and business transactions.
Prior to joining RS&F, Mr. Ronzhes practiced law primarily focusing on Federal and State civil and criminal tax litigation and administrative tax resolution, including appeals, examinations, collection matters and penalty relief. Mr. Ronzhes is also a CPA with substantial experience in compliance matters such as audits, reviews, compilations and tax returns.
Mr. Ronzhes received his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Baltimore.
Scott Schwartzberg, Esq.

Scott Schwartzberg graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2007. Following law school, Mr. Schwartzberg joined the Owings Mills, Maryland law firm Levy, Mann, Caplan, Hermann & Polashuk LLP and was made a partner of the firm in January 2015. His practice focuses almost exclusively on Federal and State tax controversy matters where he represents individuals and businesses in all phases of controversies and litigation before the IRS and State taxing authorities including audits, appeals, administrative procedures, and in various State and Federal Courts. Mr. Schwartzberg works with his clients to develop strategies to resolve contentious disputes and implements those strategies to obtain the desired result.
