She will serve in the capacity of Senior Consultant, further strengthening the company’s strategic service offerings and providing additional value for clients.

Ms. Keith possesses more than twenty years of human resources experience, with particular expertise in the small- to medium-sized business sector. Prior to joining The HR Team, she singularly provided human resources leadership and support services to an array of for-profit and non-profit organizations.Her experience extends to the finance, health care, automotive, and government contracting industries. Ms. Keith has been responsible for a broad range of HR initiatives, including labor and employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, payroll, talent acquisition, HRIS migration, training, and policy and procedures. Driven by a passion to create an engaging and collaborative workforce, she has established programs to support human resources initiatives while implementing internal processes that facilitate corporate objectives.Ms. Keith has a Master of Science in Administration – Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington Adventist University. She holds certifications as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP^®) and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR^®) from the Society of Human Resource Management and Human Resources Certification Institute.
