As Director of Human Resources, Craig is responsible for Clearview’s HR programs, policies, and processes while advocating for positive employee relations and best practices in support of organizational growth and initiatives. In addition, Craig also manages Clearview’s HR Consulting practice and works closely with Clearview’s clients to fulfill their HR service needs.

Craig brings over 20 years of human resources experience to Clearview Group. He most recently served as an HR Consultant in the healthcare field. Craig has a solid background of building the human resources function for both small and large organizations and for balancing organizational demands and needs with those of its human capital. Craig has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from University of Maryland University College. He has also completed coursework in Social Work, Sociology, and Psychology.
