1/28/19

By Lori Raggio

We are excited to announce the Leadership Essentials Baltimore cohort of 2019, which includes twelve young professionals from a variety of organizations. The LEBC 2019 program year kicked off on Dec. 4, 2018.

This six-month leadership development program, sponsored by Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce, is managed by Loyola University Maryland as part of the Sellinger School of Business. Similar to Loyola's graduate business programs, Leadership Essentials develops skills that allow our participants to stretch their leadership potential and contribute significantly to their organizations, their families and their community.

The program has three core components: leadership skill-building workshops, a leadership coach relationship and a Community Impact Project team experience.

We welcome the Leadership Essentials Baltimore County cohort members for 2019:

  • Crosby Amoah, lead clinical pharmacist, Correct Rx Pharmacy Services Inc.
  • Andrew Baranowski, application manager, The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co.
  • Joel Catalani, warehouse supervisor, Restorative Therapies Inc.
  • Laurie Dening, cybersecurity engineer, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory
  • Rachel Dolcine, CEO, Compass Consulting and Training Solutions LLC
  • Britney Foster, senior director for human resources, Meals on Wheels
  • Thomas Metzger, section supervisor/project manager/senior researcher, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory
  • Nicole Miller, regional director, JMT Technology Group
  • Laura Patterson, senior corporate development advisor, CareFirst Inc.
  • Precila Rodrigues, program assistant, The Loyola Clinical Centers, Loyola University Maryland
  • Jeffrey Stoltzfus, senior professional engineer, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory
  • Colleen Wheat, administrative assistant, R Home Property Management LLC

This year’s Community Impact Project hosts are: Baltimore Hunger Project; MPT The Women’s Leadership Forum; St. Mary’s Outreach Center; and Touching Young Lives.

We value our strong community alliances and our leadership coaches and program facilitators.
