The Y in Central Maryland is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Gadow to its management team as senior vice president of membership experience. In this new role, Gadow is responsible for the membership experience strategy delivered at all Y centers across central Maryland.

Gadow has spent the last 20 years of his career at the Y, building significant operational, membership, fundraising and program experience. He has worked in several Y markets, including Raleigh, Clearwater and Tampa. Before joining the Y in Central Maryland, he spent 7 years in the Valley of Sun YMCA (Phoenix), last serving as senior executive and association director of membership where he was responsible for a $22 million association membership budget.

Gadow has a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and holds several YUSA leadership certifications.
