Chooze Corp, owner of the popular LucidMood brand of functional cannabis products, announced today that it has secured a $4 million investment from Gotham Green Partners -- a leading private equity firm focused on the cannabis space. The investment will enable Chooze Corp to expand distribution of LucidMood products beyond Colorado and Maryland to new states starting with Nevada, Massachusetts, California, and Pennsylvania, launch a new line of THC-free products into the CBD market, and establish a formulation division to produce white-labeled cannabis products for third-party brands.
