UHY Advisors, Inc. and UHY LLP (UHY) today announced that it has expanded its office in the Mid-Atlantic region through its merger of the professional services firm Berman Goldman & Ribakow LLP (bgr CPAs), located in Columbia, Maryland. The merger was effective December 3, 2018.

This merger doubles the size of UHY in the Maryland area and is in response to continued client demand for increased services and capabilities. Marc Rubin, managing partner of bgr, and Steve Wolf, partner, and their 20+ colleagues will be joining the existing UHY office in Columbia, Maryland.
