Rockville, Maryland-based CloudBolt Software Inc, which is developing a self-service hybrid cloud platform, announced it has raised a $23 million in Series B funding.

The funding was led by Insight Venture Partners. The company, founded in 2012, previously raised $2.6 million in seed funding.
