First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE:FNB), announced today the hiring of Shaun Erdman as Senior Vice President, Sales Manager of Small Business Banking.

Based in Baltimore, MD, Erdman is responsible for managing a team of Business Development Officers tasked with establishing and maintaining banking relationships with small business clients in the Bank’s Maryland Region, which is comprised of more than 30 branches spanning six counties. Erdman and his team will provide access to FNB’s innovative suite of customized products and services such as various lending options, business checking, cash flow management solutions, financing and insurance solutions, to help customers achieve their goals.

Previously a Senior Vice President in Business Banking for SunTrust Bank in the Baltimore area, Erdman has more than 12 years of financial services experience helping small business owners and commercial clients throughout Maryland attain greater success.

A lifelong Maryland resident, Erdman earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
