Before joining Vector Talent Resources, Velez spent his early career at GE, Accenture and KPMG, and most recently served as EVP of Strategic Business Development at HireStrategy, a company he co-founded and helped to grow to be the top-ranked staffing firm in the mid-Atlantic region.
