Dennis Boyle, of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, has been selected by the town of Sykesville to represent them in the redevelopment of 714 Sandosky Road along with several other parcels currently owned by the Town.  Boyle has been hired to assist the Town of Sykesville in finding a developer interested in pursuing the mixed use project.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on March 8, 2017. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 5, 2017 at 11AM at the Sykesville Town House (7547 Main Street, Sykesville, Maryland 21784) to discuss questions about the project.
