
Gerard "Jerry" Cotter
Chimes International Limited and subsidiaries, known as the Chimes Family of Services, is pleased to announce that Gerard J. “Jerry” Cotter is now Executive Vice President for Chimes District of Columbia (DC).
In his new role, Mr. Cotter is responsible for all programs and services, funding, program development and quality assurance for Chimes DC, one of the nation’s largest employers of people with disabilities.
A retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel, Mr. Cotter brings more than three decades of experience in the leadership and management of services, programs, contracts and supply chain management in the military, commercial industry and federal civil service. He has established new businesses, and managed operations and contracts in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and developed the procurement policy for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Leadership roles in the U.S. Army, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and the Department of Veterans Affairs helped to prepare him for his new role with Chimes DC.
Mr. Cotter has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Saint Peter’s University, a Master’s Degree in Contracting and Acquisition Management from Florida Institute of Technology and holds top tier federal certifications in contracting and project/program management.
He is a resident of Columbia, MD.
