Nick Anderson
Junior Achievement of Central Maryland Inc. (JA), a non-profit organization dedicated to educating young people to succeed in a rapidly changing economy, welcomes Nick Anderson as director of entrepreneurial experiences.
In this role, Anderson will oversee the strategic growth of the JA Company Program, a program that enables students to develop their problem solving skills and unlock their entrepreneurial spirit. Anderson will lead volunteer and partner engagement, as well as drive student recruitment for the program.
“Nick’s passion for making a positive impact on the community and giving back to others mirror the values that we uphold at JA,” said Jennifer Bodensiek, President and Chief Executive Officer of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. “We are confident that under his leadership, the JA Company Program will experience exceptional growth and spark the entrepreneurial spirit in students throughout Maryland.”
Prior to joining JA, Anderson was a regional sports director at Special Olympics Maryland, where he oversaw various sports, staff training, competitions and worked directly with local high schools and systems across the state of Maryland.
Anderson graduated from the York College of Pennsylvania in 2011.
