Engineering Solutions, Inc. (ESi), a leading provider of software, systems and mission assurance services to the Intelligence Community is pleased to announce the assignments of Mr. Jim Cannaliato, Director of Research and Technology and Ms. Amy Steinberg as Director of Engagement and Enterprise Services. Amy is passionate about the mission and working alongside our talented team of engineers. She's a great addition to our director team of Rick Hoyle, Chris Scott and David Thompson," said Gary Rosen, president of ESi.

Jim is a systems and software engineer/architect, technologist, and SCRUM master. With thirty years of experience, he has done everything from real time embedded systems, PC applications, web applications, and big data systems. Throughout his career, he has led teams and engineered successful products and systems. Right now, he has a particular focus on cloud computing, big data, and distributed systems. In his spare time, he tinkers with electronics and builds robots, including working with middle and high school kids.

Amy has more than a decade of leadership experience managing and supporting engineering teams across a variety of Intelligence Community customers. Amy's role at ESi includes oversight for a portfolio of Information Technology and Research programs as well as providing direction to ESi's Enterprise Services team (Recruiting, HR, Security, Facilities) to ensure continuity across our internal business processes. Additionally, Amy will support a variety of engagement and business development initiatives.

Located in Hanover MD, ESi provides expertise in software development, engineering, mission assurance, and complex IT and system engineering support within Government and AWS Cloud environments.
