Jeanie S. Ismay, Esq. has been elected principal at Leder & Hale, P.C., the Towson-based law firm announced today, along with the addition of two attorneys to its roster. Ismay is a litigator with extensive trial experience in cases involving toxic torts in Baltimore, and in complex litigation, including subrogation, property insurance law, products liability and construction defects. She joined Leder & Hale in 2012.

Prior to practicing for nearly a decade with another Baltimore litigation firm, Ismay served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James E. Seibert of the U.S. District Court. Ismay currently serves as a member of the Ethics Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association. She graduated from West Virginia University and the University of Baltimore School of Law. 

The firm has welcomed two additional attorneys in last several months to support its growing client base. 

Rebecca H. Bossle, Esq., focuses her practice on insurance coverage issues, including commercial general liability, business owner liability and directors and officers liability policies. Bossle has written and co-authored on subjects including good faith, declaratory judgment actions and litigating liability insurance coverage. She rejoins Leder & Hale after a brief career break. 

Andrew Gaudreau, Esq., joined the firm in September of last year after four years with another Baltimore firm. He focuses in the areas of toxic torts and general liability, with litigation experience in lead paint, premises liability, construction defect and asbestos matters. He has earned the designation LEED Green Associate, by the U.S. Green Building Council, reflecting an understanding of current green building principles and practices.
