Howard Bank, a locally owned community bank serving businesses, professionals and individuals in the Greater Baltimore area, announced that it has named Wendy Krouse Vice President, Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Krouse will be responsible for the management and implementation of Howard Bank’s internal and external talent acquisition strategy. She will report to Kevin Emerson, Senior Vice President and Human Resource Director for Howard Bank.

Prior to being named Talent Acquisition Specialist, Krouse was the Construction Loan Administration Manager for Howard Bank. She has worked at Howard Bank for seven years and has more than 19 years in banking, primarily in mortgage and commercial banking. She will transition to the new role over the next several weeks.

Before joining Howard Bank, Krouse worked as Assistant Vice President in Commercial Real Estate, Construction Loan Administration for M&T Bank in Baltimore. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Towson University.
