Shakir brings two decades of comprehensive experience in both finance and operations, making him uniquely qualified to serve in this dual role.

Focused primarily in the areas of technology, software, internet, and government contracting, Shakir's functional expertise includes M&A transactions, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business valuations, risk management, treasury, business operations and strategy, and operational infrastructure development. Before joining NIKA, Shakir served as Chief Financial Officer at Berico Technologies and held senior corporate finance roles with Deltek and with AOL, where he led finance operations for divisions with revenue exceeding $100M.
