RSM US LLP (RSM) announced January 10, 2017 that Marlon Fortineaux has joined the Baltimore practice as partner. Marlon, who has been with RSM since 2005, transferred to the Baltimore office from RSM’s national real estate practice in Chicago.

Marlon brings 12 years of experience providing clients tax planning, consulting and compliance services in the real estate industry. As partner, Marlon provides services for a variety of clients, including real estate funds, multi-tier real estate investments, joint ventures, and family partnerships. He has experience structuring for federal, state, and international tax issues for his clients with both foreign and domestic investors.

Marlon is a member of the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accountancy and a Master of Science in taxation from DePaul University.
