Bryan Dunn joins Mahan Rykiel’s team as Director of Communications and Business Development
Mahan Rykiel Associates, a Baltimore-based landscape architecture, urban design and planning firm is pleased to announce the hiring of Bryan Dunn as Director of Communications and Business Development. Dunn will guide Mahan Rykiel’s overall communications strategy, including branding/co-branding, multi-media development, social and multi-media, and partnering with the firm’s leadership to identify new outlets for community engagement. “We are extremely excited to have Bryan join our team. We consider ourselves fortunate to have someone with his talent, experience and enthusiasm as our Communications Director,” commented Richard Jones, President of Mahan Rykiel Associates. Prior to joining Mahan Rykiel Associates, Dunn was the Marketing Director for Baltimore County Department of Economic and Workforce Development.
Xinye Zheng, Elaine Ku and Peter Hoblitzell
Also joining Mahan Rykiel are Xinye Zheng, Elaine Ku and Peter Hoblitzell. Xinye Zheng is a 2016 graduate of Louisiana State University with a master’s in landscape architecture and a bachelor’s of engineering in 2014 with a major in landscape architecture from Tongji University. She joins our staff as a landscape designer. Elaine Ku is a 2016 graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design with a master’s degree in landscape architecture and has a B.S. degree from National Taiwan University in 2011 and joins MRA as a landscape designer. Peter Hoblitzell graduated from Stevenson University in 2016 with a degree in Environmental Science and will evaluate reforestation sites to improve the health of the Chesapeake Bay.
Mahan Rykiel is also pleased to announce the following promotions. Justin Wilson, PLA and Isaac Hametz are promoted to Senior Associates, Maurice Blow, Ben Boyd, Megan Griffith, Joe McGinley, Saba Hamidi and Katie Vocke are all promoted to Associates.
