Before joining ESI, Gary served as Senior Vice President of Leidos, leading their National Intelligence Solutions Operation. Gary's background encompasses over 30 years of Intelligence Community experience to include executive management, business development, proposal strategy development, complex agile program management and technical engineering support. His customers have included Government, international and commercial marketplaces. Throughout his career Gary has demonstrated an ability to develop high performing teams that have met the needs of his customers. Gary has a Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's of Science Degree from the University of Maryland College Park.
