Kittie DeLuca Pain
Kittie DeLuca Pain has been named director of graduate enrollment management at McDaniel College.
In this role, Pain provides leadership and support for the marketing and enrollment efforts of McDaniel’s graduate and professional studies program by working closely with program coordinators, as well as the college’s admissions and communications and marketing offices.
Pain has more than 15 years of experience working in higher education admissions and marketing. She was formerly associate director of admissions at Neumann University in Aston, Pa., where she was responsible for recruiting students for graduate and adult programs. She also served as assistant director of graduate admissions at Drew University in Madison, N.J.
In addition, she has been an active member of the National Association of Graduate Admissions Professionals (NAGAP).
She earned a bachelor’s degree in English from McDaniel in 2000 and has a master’s degree in arts and letters from Drew University. A native of Lowell, Mass., Pain currently resides in Hanover, Pa.
