Bolton Partners, Inc. is extremely pleased and excited to announce that James Downing has joined Bolton Partners as a Senior Benefit Consultant.  Before joining Bolton Partners James has held several leadership and internal consulting positions of increasing responsibility with T. Rowe Price, Black & Decker Corporation, and McCormick & Company. 

James brings over 20 years’ experience in Total Reward programs to Bolton Partners. His experience includes design, implementation, execution, administration and communication of all qualified and non-qualified retirement, health & welfare, as well as broad-based and executive compensation programs.

James serves in board seats with Big Brothers Big Sisters as well as the Mid-Atlantic Business Group on Health and is a Graduate of the Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership Program (class of 2009). 

In his spare time James enjoys being active with his wife Rachel and their three boys, Isaac and twins Miles and Jacob. Otherwise you can find Jamees in the garage fixing something as he is the consummate “DIYer” having renovated more than 5 homes.
