Broadsword Solutions Corporation (Broadsword)announced today that Michelle Rauch has joined the company as Senior Consultant, effective immediately.

In her capacities as President of Rauch Consulting, Senior Manager with Ernst & Young and BlueCross Blue Shield of Michigan, Ms. Rauch has over twenty years of experience assisting organizations both large and small in the health care sector achieve operational excellence. She received her degree in Management Information Systems from Oakland University, in Detroit Michigan.

As Senior Consultant with Broadsword, Ms. Rauch will focus on assisting the firm's clients using the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration, or CMMI. She will expand the firm's executive consulting capabilities in health care organizational performance improvement, communications, customer relations, human resources management and strategic planning.
