Rose Financial Services (RFS), the Premier U.S. Based Finance and Accounting Outsourcing Firm, announces that President and CEO, Ted Rose, has been appointed to the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship’s Board of Advisors.
The Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland is dedicated to facilitating, supporting and encouraging new enterprise growth. One of the oldest entrepreneur centers in the country, the Dingman Center has established itself as a national catalyst for entrepreneurship.
"Ted's experience as an entrepreneur, strong ties to the local business community and commitment to the University of Maryland will add significant value to our board and our Center," said Elana Fine, managing director for the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship.

About Ted Rose
Ted Rose is the president and CEO of Rose Financial Services (RFS). He is a pioneer in the finance and accounting industry. He founded RFS in 1994 and in 1995 he coined the term “Accounting Outsourcing.” As president and CEO of RFS, he provides executives with financial clarity. Prior to founding RFS, he was the Corporate Controller of a publicly traded biotech firm and served on the senior staff at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Rose graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Accounting and a MBA in Finance and International Business.
Mr. Rose is active in the DC metro area business community. He serves on the Workforce Development Board executive committee for Montgomery County and is the past president of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, DC Chapter. He serves on the Accounting and Information Assurance Board for the Robert H. Smith School. In addition, he is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Entrepreneurs’ Organization, AICPA, MACPA, ASAE, and the Tech Council of Maryland.
