Pharos Capital Group, LLC, a private equity firm based in Dallas and Nashville, announced today it has hired James S. Kerrigan and Kevin A. Ryan as Senior Financial Analysts. Mr. Kerrigan will be based in Pharos’s Dallas office, while Mr. Ryan will be based in Nashville.

Prior to joining Pharos, Mr. Kerrigan spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in New York, advising on deals in the healthcare, packaging, chemicals and strategic finances sectors. Before that, he worked in various capacities at a private equity family office and a healthcare consulting firm in Nebraska. He holds a BA in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Investment Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Mr. Ryan worked for two years as an Investment Banking Analyst for Stephens Inc. in Little Rock, AR before joining Pharos. He advised on M&A and private equity transactions across multiple industries, including healthcare services. Mr. Ryan has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
