Stephen Wolf
Stephen Wolf, Partner at Berman Goldman & Ribakow LLP (bgr CPAs), has been appointed to the Executive Committee as Treasurer of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is comprised of many individuals whose efforts enable the services, programs and resources that Howard County business professionals rely upon. During the Chamber’s Annual Meeting on May 19, the general membership ratified their board members.
Wolf has been an active board member of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce since 2014.
“I am honored to be elected the role of Treasurer for the Howard County Chamber of Commerce,” said Wolf. “The members of the chamber board are some of the best and brightest business minds in Howard County and it is a pleasure to serve with them. I am proud to represent our local Howard County business community as a member of the board and Executive Committee.”
Wolf began his public accounting career with bgr CPAs in 1994. He handles a large portion of the firms audit engagements and is also involved with providing tax compliance and strategic planning for clients of the firm. He is knowledgeable in a wide variety of industries, with a concentration in real estate, restaurants and franchisor businesses.
Outside of work, Wolf is very involved in community service, as a board member and volunteer for multiple organizations. He currently serves as a board member, mentor and coach with Baltimore Area Special Hockey, an ice hockey program for both children and adults with a traumatic brain injury or intellectual disability such as Autism and Downs Syndrome.
Wolf received his Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Randolph-Macon College.
