Gross, Mendelsohn & Associates, P.A. is pleased to announce that Diana DeWitt, CPA, CCIFP, was named partner in the firm.

Known for her expertise in conducting overhead audits, Diana works closely with construction contractors, architects, engineers and government contractors to help them understand how overhead rates work and how to maximize compensation.

She is a frequent speaker on overhead rates and has spoken at National Highway Institute seminars and American Council of Engineering Companies conferences.

In addition to conducting overhead rate audits, Diana provides financial statement audits, reviews and compilations as well as business and individual tax planning, management advice, and accounting system advice.

Diana is a member of Gross Mendelsohn’s Construction & Real Estate and Government Contractors Groups. Outside the firm, Diana is a member of American Council of Engineering Companies/MD’s Finance Committee and Small Business Committee, and the ACEC AASHTO Audit Guide Task Force. Diana served as the chairperson of the Maryland Association of CPAs’ Technology Committee and their Government Contractors Committee.
