Larry Rosenberg
As Project Executive in the Construction Division, Larry Rosenberg brings an outstanding depth of knowledge to Cross Street Partners. A highly regarded visionary with years of experience, Rosenberg is responsible for spearheading the residential component at CSP. In addition to his residential responsibilities, he is also responsible for the renovating the historic Hoen Lithograph Building, an 80,000 SF campus into a lively mixed-use campus.
Rosenberg’s career began in the Boston area in 1979 when he was recruited by The Flatley Company as Assistant Project Manager & Quality Control Supervisor for the construction of Two 300 room Sheraton Tara Hotels and conference centers. In 1981 he transitioned to CMJ Builders as a Vice President working on residential communities including; multi-family, hi-rise apartments, and commercial properties. In this role, he was responsible for the construction of over 5,000 apartment units from New Hampshire to Florida, overseeing all aspects of land planning, architecture, construction and interior design—all achieved on-time and under budget.
Upon returning to the Baltimore area in 1983, Rosenberg, re-chartered The Mark Building Company, a company first incorporated in 1952 by his father. The Vision: build a well-designed, well-constructed, livable home at an affordable price that will ultimately prove to be a sound investment for the buyer, and profitable for the Company. During the timeframe of 1983 - 2016, Mark Building Company completed more than 2,000 homes with a market value in excess of $500,000,000.
He is a 1979 graduate of Boston University with a BS degree in Business Administration.
