Quotient, Inc., a leading provider of web-based information technology solutions, announced today that Roberto De Los Santos, has joined the Quotient team as Director of Strategic Solutions. Mr. De Los Santos will be responsible for leading the company’s business development efforts.

Prior to joining Quotient, Mr. De Los Santos was President of DLS Consulting Group, LLC, which he founded after seven years as a business development executive at IBM. Mr. De Los Santos has over 20 years of experience in the federal procurement industry.

Mr. De Los Santos is a multiple recipient of EDS’s Inner Circle for Sales Excellence award. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
