The Engineering and Maintenance division of Edge, a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, has announced the bolstering of its building engineering team servicing multiple Divaris Property Management Corporation assets contained within the Northern Virginia region. The team will be led by Scott Peoples, Chief Building Engineer; and includes Ryan Bower, Lead Building Engineer and Regel Turner, Maintenance Technician. Shaun Comer, Director of Engineering, will continue to direct the engineering and maintenance teams.
The personnel moves were in direct response to ramp up engineering services at 11484 Washington Plaza West, a four-story, 46,000 square foot commercial office building in Reston and 3920 Pender Drive, a two-story, 83,000 square foot commercial office building contained within the Fairfax Executive Park in Fairfax.
“In addition to the continuation of our day-to-day engineering services designed to proactively address all building operations and processes, this expanded team will support all tenant improvements and capital improvement initiatives throughout the Divaris Property Management portfolio,” explained Shaun Comer of Edge. “The group will also have responsibility for reducing expenses for base building mechanical systems at 3920 Pender Drive, by implementing stringent in-house preventative maintenance measures. Further, our team will offer full-service engineering and maintenance support to all tenants with 11484 Washington Plaza West.”
