MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce that Dylan Bozel has joined their brokerage team as a Real Estate Advisor. Working from the firm’s Lutherville office, Dylan will partner with industry leaders Bill Whitty, Joe Bradley, Matt Mueller, and Henson Ford. He will support leasing and sales activities for office, mixed-use, flex, and medical product throughout the greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. Dylan will work with team members to generate new leasing prospects, identify market opportunities, and supports business development initiatives.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Dylan worked for staffing firm Ajilon as a client relations and staffing manager. There, he worked to build relationships with clients and proactively searched for client companies with staffing service needs. His responsibilities included growing accounts and cultivating an active sales pipeline by maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers. While there, Dylan established a creative approach to recruiting a diverse and multi-talented pool of candidates and worked to ensure client retention. Dylan’s experience also includes an internship with the Baltimore Ravens where he supported marketing efforts and event coordination. A Baltimore native, Dylan is a graduate of Loyola Highschool and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from High Point University.
