Developer Shares Details of Senior Living Project Proposed for North Roland Park

The Claiborne senior living facility proposed for North Roland Park/Poplar Hill would represent a private investment of approximately $25 million.

It’s a memory care and assisted living facility that would house about 120 people in 110 units on three levels, with the average age of a resident in the mid-80s.

Residences would rent for $6,500-$7,500 per month for one-bedroom units, and $8,500-$9,000 per month for memory care and two-bedroom units. There would be 48 parking spaces and about 50 employees over three shifts.
