Twenty-Eight Multifamily Communities Owned And Managed By Continental Realty Corp. Receive Top Rated Award From Apartment Ratings Survey

3/8/21

Twenty-eight multifamily communities owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) and located throughout the country have earned “ApartmentRatings Top Rated Community Awards,” based on comments and evaluations by residents living within each development. The annual survey is produced by SatisFacts, a third-party entity that compiles data and comments from current residents concerning overall satisfaction and ways to improve the residential experience. The CRC portfolio continues to improve its standings year over year as twenty-six CRC communities were included on the list in 2020.

To receive the award, each multifamily community must earn an Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient (epIQ) Index score of 80 or better. The epIQ Index comprises variables that include Renter Ratings, Review Count and Manager Review Engagement.
