Host Hotels & Resorts (NASDAQ:HST) expects its hotel portfolio to return to profitability in the aggregate sometime during H2 2021 based on hotel level EBITDA, said President and CEO James Risoleo.
"In January, we saw year-over-year increases in group bookings for future periods and near-term transient demand is continuing to show signs of improvement," he said.
The hotel REIT reduced hotel-level operating loss by 23% vs. Q3 2020 due to sequential improvement in RevPAR.
