Hotel Revival and Art of Balance Wellness Spa Announce Partnership Centered Around Health and Wellness

2/2/21

Collaboration to include a luxurious package for two, co-sponsored programming and more

The award-winning Hotel Revival and Art of Balance Wellness Spa, located at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, today announced a unique partnership to offer a variety of health and wellness services and programs. Initial components of the partnership include the launch of a special package, “A Great Time for Two,” wellness cocktails crafted by the Revival team for guests of the spa, and co-sponsored virtual programming.

“At Revival, we pride ourselves on providing unique and quality experiences to guests while also supporting the businesses in our community, and we see a great opportunity to join forces with the ownership team of Art of Balance Wellness Spa to do just that,” said Donte Johnson, general manager of Hotel Revival.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Hotel Revival and Art of Balance Wellness Spa have launched a curated experience called “A Great Time for Two.” The special package, designed to provide a 24-hour lavish experience in Baltimore, includes a 50-minute dual massage in the luxurious couple’s treatment room and a 30-minute sauna experience; a Parisian-influenced dinner and champagne toast for two prepared by award-winning Chef Ashish Alfred at Duck Duck Goose in Fells Point; and an overnight stay at the art-infused boutique Hotel Revival. Transportation to each location is included in the package. Starting rate for the package is $650.

In addition to the package, and as part of Hotel Revival’s Black History Month virtual programming via Facebook, the owners of Art of Balance, Dr. Nia Banks, board-certified plastic surgeon, and Dr. Aderonke Omotade, a board-certified internal medicine physician and psychiatrist, will discuss wellness and their professional journey with Revival’s Director of Culture and Impact Jason Bass.

Dr. Banks also joined Bass recently for Revival’s first “Wellness Wednesday” podcast recording on Revival Radio, a new community radio station created by the Revival team to support local businesses, leaders and community members in sharing their stories and messages with the public. Dr. Banks and Dr. Omotade will continue to join Revival Radio on Wednesdays to discuss a variety of topics including mental health, physical health, beauty and financial wellness. This month, a representative from M&T Bank will join one of the conversations to discuss the financial fitness pyramid, and a second conversation will include a behavioral financial advisor. As part of the partnership, the hotel’s bar team also crafted “The Balanced Cocktail,” a signature beverage for guests to enjoy following all treatments and services at the spa.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Hotel Revival and offer their guests an opportunity for self-care and relaxation. As physicians and co-owners of the spa, Dr. Omotade and I are passionate about health and wellness and look forward to offering more virtual programming on topics like mental health, beauty, skincare and more as part of the partnership,” said Dr. Banks.
