Pritpal Kalsi Assumes The CEO Role on January 1, 2021

KALSI SUCCEEDS CO-FOUNDER, RON CAUSEY, AND REPORTS TO THE COMPANY’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. HE WILL CONTINUE TO OVERSEE BPM, WHICH IS THE FIRM’S LARGEST SERVICE LINE.

As part of our vision for the continued success of the firm, our leadership established a governance plan that would ensure new opportunities are available for our younger leaders. We also want to maintain a forward-thinking and fresh approach to our services. Ultimately, this was about making sure we have an environment that creates a fantastic value for our Clients while providing a culture built on career development opportunities for our colleagues. As a result, our Board of Directors have elected our next Chief Executive Officer in accordance with our corporate governance and we have chosen, Pritpal Kalsi.

Pritpal joined the firm in 2008 in our Business Performance Practice and has helped lead this practice in their remarkable growth. Throughout his time with SC&H Pritpal has had a fantastic reputation for helping our clients align their accounting, finance, and tax departments based on industry best-practices while leveraging enterprise systems to automate processes and business intelligence. We are so fortunate to have such strong leadership across all of our services and I know that Pritpal will be a fantastic leader going forward for our Director group by embracing curiosity, collaboration, innovation, and our community.
