The Verve Partnership is thrilled to take home two “Awards of Excellence” as presented by the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP) Maryland Chapter. The Awards of Excellence celebrates and recognizes the highest quality and most innovative achievements of regional commercial real estate developers, as well as the companies and individuals that service the industry in Maryland.

In another successful partnership with Harkins Builders, The Verve Partnership received an award for Best Medical Office for Supreme Orthopedic System, a global medical device and bio-skills education center. The center also doubles as Supreme Orthopedic Systems headquarters. The dual use of the space was designed in consideration of spaces that support interaction, collaboration, and education for employees and trainees alike.
Additionally, they were equally thrilled to receive the award for Best Interiors for the Visit Baltimore Headquarters, a space that not only reflects the core values of the organization but celebrates all that is charming about Charm City herself.
The user-focused design is an homage to all that is Baltimore; the space includes sweeping views of the Inner Harbor, a neighborhood wall highlighting all 247 communities, marble steps, brick walls and local art adorn the workplace. The openness and the artsy feel speak to the soul of Baltimore: eclectic, real, accessible.

This marks the second consecutive win for Best Interior for the NAIOP Awards of Excellence for The Verve Partnership. Over the last five years they have been recognized in several of the Baltimore Business Journal’s Book of Lists, as well as an inaugural winner of the 2019 Daily Record’s Excellence in Construction & Real Estate-Interior Design.
