Harbor Stone Advisor has executed the sale of 831 N Calvert, a 5,050 SF converted fire station located in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore. Harbor Stone Advisors President, Justin Verner, and Senior Advisor, Brooks Healy, served as exclusive advisor and agent to the seller, Sonabank, in the transaction. This was a bank-owned property.

The asset was purchased by B’More Clubhouse, a Baltimore-based nonprofit, which “empowers adults living with mental illness to lead meaningful and productive lives of their choice in the community.”

831 N Calvert was originally constructed in 1908 as a firehouse. In 2015 it was converted to a restaurant/bar space called Brew House # 16. The space features an open floor plan with tall ceilings, second floor office space with a kitchenette, and basement storage space.

Verner noted, “We are excited to have been a part of bringing a vacant building, which had been somewhat of an eyesore to the neighborhood, back to life.”

831 N Calvert is located in Midtown Baltimore within the charming, historic Mount Vernon neighborhood.
