Green St in the downtown area of Westminster, MD. The asset sold for $1,400,000, or $77,778 per unit. Harbor Stone Advisors President, Justin Verner, and Senior Advisor, Brooks Healy, served as exclusive advisor and agent to the seller, Outlier Realty Capital, and procured the out-of-state buyer in the transaction.
