
James Isley
Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has promoted James Isley to Assistant Community Manager at Cross Country Manor Apartments, a multifamily community located at 3301 Clarks Lane in Baltimore City. Mr. Isley, who has worked for CRC since 2018, was previously a Leasing Specialist at Courthouse Square Apartments. Mr. Isley has more than four years of sales and business experience, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Messiah College.
In his new role, Mr. Isley will assist with multiple leasing and property management functions for the community, including assisting with supervision of the on-site team. During his tenure at Courthouse Square apartments, Mr. Isley honed his knowledge of renewal management, monthly market analysis reporting, and administrative tasks including Nexus invoicing system and CR Achieves reporting the company’s goal recognition program. This increased skill level will complement Mr. Isley’s key role in sales management and maximizing the resident experience at Cross Country Manor apartments.
Cross Country Manor Apartments is located in northwest Baltimore City near the Baltimore County line, adjacent to Mt. Washington. The community offers apartment homes ranging from one-bedroom apartments with 652 square feet of space to two-bedroom models with 950 square feet of space with and without dens. Apartment features include wall-to-wall carpeting, separate dining rooms, eat-in kitchens, private entrances and patios.
