Metropolis Capital Advisors LLC is excited to announce the addition of Andy Hotchkiss as Managing Director to lead the firm’s new retail initiative under the Metropolis Retail banner. In this role, Andy will work with retail tenants and property owners to meet their leasing, sale, and/or capital market needs.
With 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, Andy brings a wealth of retail market insight and experience to the MetCap team. Specializing in pad sites, retail tenant and landlord representation, as well as representing medical space tenants, Andy has completed hundreds of lease and sale transactions for nearly a million square feet of retail space. His strategic industry knowledge combined with established deep-rooted connections that he has gained throughout his career allow for the ideal mix of skills and expertise to expand MetCap’s platform, offering more “in house” services to their client base.
Prior to joining MetCap, Andy was a Principal with NREB, LLC, a boutique retail advisory firm based in Bethesda, MD. During this time, he established long-lasting relationships with many well-known national retailers as well as regionally valued companies.
