  • Pikesville apartments are about 30% or 360 sq. ft. larger, on average, than apartments in Baltimore, which average 825 sq. ft.
  • Nationally, only Johns Creek, GA (in Atlanta Metro), Wellington, FL (in Miami Metro), and Lake Wylie, SC (in Charlotte Metro) are ahead of Pikesville in terms of spacious rentals.
  • Renters in the Baltimore area can also find apartments generous in size in four other suburbs: Randallstown (1,049 sq. ft.), Owings Mills (1,025 sq. ft.), Pasadena (1,024 sq. ft.), and Timonium (1,015 sq. ft.).
