CBRE Represents Seller Camp Springs Allentown in Pad Sale for New Prince George’s County Mixed Use Development

The new Andrews Park Town Center mixed-use destination will include a grocery store, townhomes, gas station convenience store and strip retail

CBRE announced the sale of a 3.4907-acre pad site by Camp Springs Allentown LLC to LIDL U.S. Operations, LLC. The site is located along Allentown Rd in Camp Springs, Maryland in Prince George’s County. The transaction officially closed on June 30, 2020.

LIDL plans to erect a 25,000-square-foot grocery store as part of the mixed-use development known as Andrews Park Town Center. The development will include the LIDL supermarket, a 14,000-square-foot strip retail center, townhomes and retail fuel and convenient store.
