Restaurant opening at 50% capacity, following health and safety guidelines
Copper Canyon Grill, offering fresh, chef-inspired American cuisine, will open for the first time in the Arundel Mills shopping district in Hanover on Wednesday, Aug. 19. Featuring a large bar, 270-seat capacity, including a 40-seat private dining room, and a warm, casual atmosphere, the restaurant is the fourth Copper Canyon Grill location by Columbia-based Blue Ridge Restaurant Group.
Copper Canyon Grill will offer curbside pickup and delivery and seat guests to 50% capacity while under COVID-19 restrictions. The restaurant’s health and safety precautions include spacing tables 6 feet apart, requiring masks and gloves for all employees and masks for all guests as well as sanitizing chairs, tables and other surfaces throughout the day.
“We’re a local company opening a local restaurant, Copper Canyon Grill, which we’re proud to introduce to the area,” said David Jones, CEO of Blue Ridge Restaurant Group. “It’s a challenging time for restaurants right now, but we’re confident Copper Canyon Grill will please guests with our chefs’ distinct American dishes and sophisticated, comfortable atmosphere.”
While Copper Canyon Grill will offer a limited menu during COVID-19 restrictions, the restaurant specializes in wood-fired rotisserie chicken and barbecue pork ribs as well as handcrafted martinis and highballs. Copper Canyon Grill will also offer chicken pot pie, hardwood-grilled salmon and a hickory-grilled tenderloin filet as well as salads, burgers and sandwiches, including the plant-based Impossible Burger.
Copper Canyon Grill will open for the first time for dinner on Wednesday, Aug. 19, and will have limited hours during COVID-19 restrictions. Its hours will be Wednesdays to Fridays from noon to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 8 p.m. The restaurant will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Copper Canyon Grill’s menu and atmosphere were designed to accommodate business meetings, group gatherings, intimate dinners and casual gatherings with friends and family. The restaurant is located at 7051 Arundel Mills Blvd. and can be reached at 443-661-4332.
