KasCon Inc., a leading commercial general contractor, today announces that it has started major interior alterations at 6350 Stevens Forest Rd. in Columbia, MD, a building that will soon bear the Sparksoft name.

The Sparksoft office will expand to occupy 40,000 SF, the entire 2nd floor and partial 3rd floor of the building. In addition, KasCon will relocate Kenneth Clark Company to a newly constructed office on the 3rd floor of the building to allow for their own expansion. Once the work is complete, the building will be 100% occupied.

The architect on the project is Arium AE. The landlord was represented by JLL, Sparksoft was represented by Mackenzie Commercial Real Estate and Kenneth Clark was represented by KLNB. The scheduled final completion date of this two-phase project is December 2020.
