AboutWeb and Penacity have announced that they have decided to join forces. Effective today, March 31, 2020, Penacity has acquired AboutWeb as a wholly owned subsidiary. This creates a powerhouse combination of cybersecurity, DevOps, and recruiting solutions for this ever-changing world. It also allows for increased synergies between AboutWeb, a certified HUBZone company and Penacity, a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
AboutWeb, founded in 1998, is a provider of cybersecurity solutions, information technology consulting, and product development. Its rich heritage includes providing IT solutions, IT training, and application development for government agencies, commercial entities, nonprofits, and associations.
