Oxford backs Acquisition of Kansas Nursing Facilities

Oxford Finance LLC, a specialty finance firm that provides senior debt to life sciences and healthcare services companies worldwide, today announced the closing of a term loan to a portfolio company of Skyway Group that will be managed by Mission Health Communities LLC, a provider of senior living and skilled rehabilitation communities. The funds will be used for the acquisition of 15 skilled nursing facilities in Kansas.

Mission Health was founded in 2006 to manage long term care, senior living, assisted living, short-stay rehabilitation and skilled nursing communities throughout the United States.
