Former Senior Project Manager at Ware Malcomb with over 12 years of experience in the Commercial Architecture Sector and a design portfolio of over 15 million square feet of industrial product

MRP Industrial, a full-service, privately-held commercial real estate development and investment company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, has selected Zeshan M. Malik to the newly-formed position of Vice President, Development. Mr. Malik, who was formerly a Senior Project Manager at Ware Malcomb, brings over 12 years of diversified commercial architecture experience to the firm and a completed project portfolio totaling over 15 million square feet of industrial space.

In his new role, Mr. Malik will be responsible for contributing to site design, core & shell administration, and managing tenant fit-out work. Mr. Malik will give the firm leverage throughout every facet of their business ranging from design, execution, and management of new commercial real estate development opportunities.

Since 2013, MRP Industrial has completed and is under construction with 37 buildings totaling over 14 million square feet, which were designed by Mr. Malik. Together, MRP Industrial and Mr. Malik, have managed projects with an impressive list of clients, including but not limited to, La-Z-Boy, Kuehne + Nagel, PrimeSource, Transamerican Auto Parts, The Container Store, Mattel, VF Corp, Kellogg’s, and Amazon.

In addition to his experience with Ware Malcomb, Mr. Malik spent 5 years with Design Resource Group Architects, starting as an intern and moving up to Architectural Designer. His time at DRG Architects originally focused on educational facilities throughout the Northeast United States before transitioning to pharmaceutical facilities working with Genesis Engineers. Zeshan Malik received his Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University.
