O’Neill Brings Twenty Years of Building Business Value to CCA

Chesapeake Corporate Advisors (CCA) is pleased to announce that value creation leader and business executive Martin O’Neill has joined the firm as Managing Director. O’Neill was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of ClearEdge.

O’Neill brings over twenty years of experience in corporate leadership and corporate advisory services to Chesapeake Corporate Advisors. He has spent his entire career in the middle market and has authored four books on value creation, leadership and culture. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating long term enterprise value for his clients and those companies he operated including Conquest and Boeing. O’Neill has strong ties in the regional business community with a deep focus in government services with particular experience in the National Security market.

O’Neill will be a Managing Director in the Corporate Strategy Practice and will be primarily providing advisory services to clients in the government services, technology and business services sectors.
