Lisa Hayes
Executive Alliance, a statewide not-for-profit organization that promotes the advancement of women in professional and executive roles, named Lisa Hayes president of the board of directors. Executive Alliance supports women seeking to join corporate boards and educates the public on the benefits of having women in decision-making positions. Members also serve as role models and mentors to women seeking to advance their careers.
A senior vice president and senior wealth strategist at PNC Wealth Management, Hayes has more than 30 years of professional experience in the wealth management and estate and tax law industries. She works with a team of specialists in investment management, trust and banking services to provide strategic advice on complex estate and wealth strategy issues.
Hayes is the president of the Greater Maryland chapter of PNC’s Women Connect and past president and member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council. She is also past president and a board member of Family & Children’s Services of Central Maryland. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, District of Columbia Bar and Bar Association of D.C. She was named one of “Maryland’s Top 100 Women” by The Daily Record in 2011.
A certified public accountant, Hayes holds a law degree and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and bachelor’s degree from Guilford College.
